Local Grass-Fed Beef

Despite an increase in demand for local, grass-fed beef, Hawai`i's limited resources and lack of sufficient infrastructure result in a majority of our Hawai`i-born calves being sent to the mainland, while Hawai`i consumers purchase a majority of the beef from the mainland.

We strive to support our local ranchers and showcase just how delicious local grass-fed beef can be.

This dish celebrates the Paniolo, or Hawaiian cowboy, culture.  Local grass-fed ribeye from Parked Ranch is lightly cured and grilled.  Crispy local beef pipi kaula and taro hash with local pork bacon accompanies the dish.
