Palula "Paneer"

Palula are the cooked leaves of the ʻuala (sweet potato), and it substitutes spinach in the popular Indian dish Palak Paneer.

ʻUala is a very versatile vegetable, and certain varieties were also used for its medicinal properties.

The Palula "Paneer" is accompanied by an ʻuala- and aliʻi mushroom-filled samosa, and local goat milk feta.
