Poke Crunch
This course is a twist on the local Poke Bowl, which is a melding of Japanese and Hawaiian cultures.
Local ʻahi is incorporated into the poke, topped with furikake tapioca chips and tenkasu, the leftover fried bits of tempura (aka agedama), which were dusted with limu ʻeleʻele grown on aquaculture farms on the Kona Coast.
