October: Fridays, Saturdays, and select Sundays
Invasive species big and small can destroy ecosystems, endanger native wildlife, and even harm human health. Some invasive species in Hawaiʻi were intentionally introduced without realizing how much devastation they could cause, and other species have found their way here accidentally.
Chef Brian often uses invasive species on his menu, and for the month of October, his multi-course menu will feature invasive species in every course.
