We are currently seeking candidates for the following on-call / casual position(s) for our pop-ups that take place in Pepeʻekeo.

Servers (must be available both Fridays and Saturdays): Primary duties consist of setting up the dining area, serving food and beverages to guests, memorizing and explaining the concept and story behind each dish, ensuring guests' needs are taken care of throughout service.   

Prep cook / dishwasher (on-call, casual; must be available Fridays or Saturdays): Primary duties consist of general food prep and dishwashing.

Cook (on-call, casual; must be available Fridays or Saturdays):  Primary duties consist of more advanced food prep and cooking tasks.  

Dishwasher (on-call, casual; must be available Fridays or Saturdays):  Primary duties consisted of dishwashing and storage of dishes.

As we are a small team, all team members, no matter the position, assist with serving when needed, as well as cleaning, packing, setting up, washing dishes, and other duties as assigned.

All candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Three years of experience in a fine / elevated dining experience preferred for all positions.
