We are seeking candidates for assistance with front and back of house duties at future pop-ups and events. Pop-ups typically occur once a month (usually on weekends or holidays) on the Big Island. Events are scheduled periodically throughout the state.
All pop-ups and events are currently on hold, but will be rescheduled when the state lifts gathering and dining restrictions, and it is deemed safe to resume operations.
Participation is on a contract basis, and does not guarantee future, long-term employment.
Front of House job duties include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, serving food, pouring beverages, clearing tables, washing dishes.
Back of House job duties include, but are not limited to: prepping food, cooking meals, washing dishes, packing supplies.
Previous restaurant experience and / or culinary education preferred.
