Pork "Lūʻau"

Lu’au, or cooked taro leaves, would traditionally be complemented with chicken or pork, and was often served at an ‘aha‘aina, or a Hawaiian feast (what is now commonly known as a lu‘au).

Chef Brian's spin on this classic local dish consists of local pork, lū‘au sauce,  lomi tomato, and  ‘inamona.  #naauhilo
