Shrimp Toast

Kauaʻi Shrimp are Pacific Whiteleg shrimp, and are sustainably-farmed in West Kauaʻi using no chemicals or antibiotics. 


Kaua`ʻi Shrimp are sold whole, head-on, and are shipped out the day of harvest, so the quality is excellent.  

For this dish, Chef Brian created a shrimp mousse for the toast, and it is served with a Thai curry sauce.
