Private Dinners in Pepeʻekeo

We offer the ability to reserve a date for exclusive private dining at our pop-up venue in Pepeʻekeo.  Please see pricing options below.  

Prices effective September 1, 2025 (dinner prices below include tax and 20% service charge - 25% of which is allocated to operational fees; remaining 75% distributed amongst service staff):

All dinners require an additional $500 non-refundable deposit that covers venue exclusivity.  

6-course dinner - $1608.78 + $500 non-refundable deposit for venue exclusivity

Minimum guest count - 10; maximum - 22

$160.88 for each additional person

8-course dinner - $1586.34  + $500 non-refundable deposit for venue exclusivity

Minimum guest count - 8; maximum - 22

$198.29 for each additional person

Hybrid (tasting + family-style dishes) - $1631.23 + $500 non-refundable deposit for venue exclusivity

Minimum guest count - 12; maximum - 22

$135.94 for each additional person

Payment:

• $500 non-refundable deposit to cover venue exclusivity due at time of booking

• Cost of dinner due 28 days in advance of reservation date, or within 24 hours of booking if reservation date is within 28 days

• An invoice will be sent via email and payments can be made via PayPal (credit card) or our Business Venmo @naauhilo.

Cancellation fees:

• 28+ days prior to reservation date - full refund of dinner cost (we will retain the $500 non-refundable deposit)

• 73 hours-27 days prior to reservation date - 50% refund of dinner cost (we will retain the $500 non-refundable deposit)

• No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation date / time.  

Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling will leave us with a loss due to being unable to offer service on the date and having spent time and resources to order, procure, and prep ingredients.

Chef Brian limits food substitutions due to dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible in order to maintain the integrity of the dishes & their stories.  Should there be any requests, please note that in the form in order for Chef Brian to determine if such requests will be able to be accommodated.  

Please also note that we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment given the complexity of our menus and the use of a rented kitchen.
