Grilled Shrimp
For this dish, we use Kauaʻi Shrimp. These Pacific Whiteleg shrimp are sustainably-farmed in West Kauaʻi. Kauaʻi Shrimp Farm turned fallow, old sugar cane fields into 40 1-acre ponds filled with 100% well-sourced salt water to grow a sustainable food source for the islands and beyond.
For this dish, Chef Brian created a "Green Goddess" dressing to serve with the shrimp.
