Ssam with Limu Pālahalaha

Limu Pālahalaha is a sea lettuce that is grown at Kona Limu at NELHA's HOST Park.  Limu supply throughout the islands has been dwindling over the past several years due to overharvesting, impromper harveseting, and overdevelopment.  but efforts from organizations like Kona Limu provides a source for this native ingredient.

Limu Pālahalaha is incorporated into a Ssam, or Korean vegetable wrap.
